To tell us what we do in practice, we describe a recent event organized by Around Rome as an example. The client belongs to the international entertainment industry and needed to carry out a work session followed by a trendy party to celebrate the meeting.

The selected location had all the characteristics needed for the success of the event: centrality, accessibility, and elegant and comfortable spaces both for meetings and as a party venue.

We are in the heart of Rome, in the Trevi Fountain, our staff quickly transformed the working meeting room into a party room. With the music playing, long buffets opened with appetizers, delicious finger food, and other exquisite proposals.

The buvette offered the freshest alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to quench the thirst of the first seasonal heat. The waiters, quick and discreet as always, go around offering prosecco wine and canapés.

This is just one example of how we can organize a corporate event in Rome. The evening turned into an attractive stand-up dinner, with arrivals at the buffet of elaborate dishes on a menu that met with the widest acceptance. The dinner was followed by the open bar, with cocktails prepared by an expert barman, while a DJ set launched compilations marked by laser-effect lights.
